DRYING GREEN BEANS

  Wash  beans  and  cut  into  1-inch pieces or  lengthwise.
Blanch in steam for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes  or in water for 2 to
3 minutes.   Dry 4 to 8  hours in a  dehydrator  or  5 to 10
hours in an oven.
