DRYING SWEET CORN
On the Cob
Husk and trim the ears. Blanch in steam for 5 to 6
minutes or in water for 4 to 5 minutes. Cut corn from cob
after blanching. Dry 2 to 4 hours in a dehydrator or 4 to 6
hours in an oven.
