STORING CITRUS

Grapefruits, oranges and other citrus fruits can be stored
for 4 to 8 weeks in a fruit cellar. Fruits need to
be packed in open boxes and inspected often for spoilage.
If mold appears, remove the unsound fruit and wipe mold
off the other fruits which may have been touching affected
fruit.
