FREEZING POMEGRANATES
Pomegranates freeze well. To prepare one, cut halfway
into the fruit, use the cut to gently break it open. Pop
out the seeds, being careful not to bruise them. Freeze
seeds. To use frozen seeds, sprinkle them while still
frozen onto fruit salads, applesauce or pear sauce. The
seeds thaw very quickly. Seal, label and freeze.
