The Rutland 913 is rated at 75 watts in a
22 mph wind, and is ideal for maintaining small battery systems
or to complement existing solar systems. An excellent choice
for marine applications, they are built using marine grade powder
coated aluminum and stainless steel. They have a unique, balanced
six blade design with replaceable plastic blades for quiet operation.
A brushless, permanent magnet DC generator is built into the
hub of the propeller. Installs to a 2.5" OD pipe. 12 or
24 volt models available. One year warranty.
The Rutland 913's unique high inertia generator accumulates more
energy in real wind conditions than any other comparable wind
generator available, owing to its continuous rotation between
gusts of wind and its enviably low wind speed start-up. For you
this means fully charged batteries for engine starting, lights,
navigational equipment, refrigerators, pumps, inverters, televisions
and computers.
